Meet Our Teachers
Tiffany McGowan - Director started dancing at the early age of three and has been dancing ever since. As a child and adolescent, Tiffany competed on regional and national levels. She attended Kutztown University and studied under Dr. Leslie Netting. While at Kutztown, she was a member of the Performing Dance Portmonteau and attended master classes with various professional dance companies, including Mark Morris, Paul Taylor and Pilobulous. She has also tap danced along with Gil Stroming in the Channel 6 Thanksgiving Day Parade. Tiffany also attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City as a dance major and danced at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in addition to having the priviledge of dancing with Jazz Master Luigi, Ann Reinking and the Radio City Rockettes. Tiffany has also collaborated on the production of a successful off-Broadway show, Holiday in New York. Tiffany attended Penn State University as an Integrated Arts major with a concentraion in Dance, where she was a member of the Penn State Abington Dance Company. With this company, Tiffany traveled to the National College Dance Festival in Miami, Florida. She also worked as the assistant to the Executive Director of the National High School Dance Festival. Tiffany created and ran the Y School of Dance at the Central Bucks Family YMCA for 10 years. Tiffany has also choreographed for Lenape Middle School's annual musical productions.
Stephanie Vasta is a graduate of Penn State Abington where she earned a B.A. in Psychological and Social Sciences. During her four years at Penn State she participated in the University's Dance Company as a dancer and studend choreographer, and after graduating she moved on to become one of the Company's Associate Directors. Stephanie has been teaching since 1998 at local dance studios, fitness and community centers and had the pleasure of working with a wide range of age groups, from toddlers all the way up to senior citizens. She began her dancing at the age of 5 and has since studied ballet, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical and hip hop. Stephanie has performed professionally around the country with New Vision Cirque and Dance Company. She toured Poland in July 2006 with Contempra Dance Theatre, a modern-jazz company with which she has been performing with since 2003.
Megan List discovered dance at a young age through Pat's Dance Studio then Debra Sparks Dance Works. She continued her passion by studying dance at the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts and into college for Penn State Abington Dance company. Megan has a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and an associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Harcum College. Having been removed from the dancing world due to an injury Megan decided it was time to return and make the jump into teaching. With her desire to combine Fitness and Dance she found Barre in 2018. Megan is Barre certified with the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association (IBBFA).
